The Office of Campus and Space Planning is responsible for capital budgeting, capital planning, space planning, programming, real estate management and master planning. Providing a physical environment which effectively facilitates and enhances daily activities of faculty, staff and students through provision of a learner-centered, distinctive and welcoming campus environment, is our main priority.
